How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 6-10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship to Canada and the US?
Yes! We currently ship across Canada and the United States, with more countries coming soon.

What sizes do you carry?
Our collection ranges from XS to 4XL. Check out the Size Guide on each product page to find your perfect fit.

How do I know what size to order?
Every product page includes a size chart with measurements in inches and centimeters. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags still attached. For swimwear, the hygienic liner must be intact. Visit our Return/Exchange page for full details.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we're happy to help you exchange for a different size or style. Just reach out to our support team and we'll guide you through the process.

What do I get if I return an item?
Approved returns are issued as store credit, which you can use toward any future purchase. We don't offer cash refunds.

My order arrived and something's wrong — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.

How can I track my order?

Our swimwear is made from soft, quick-drying, chlorine-resistant fabric designed for both comfort and durability, season after season.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, we're unable to make changes.
