Refund policy
At Cole & Pryce, we want every purchase to feel right. This policy explains how refunds and store credit work — please read alongside our Return/Exchange Policy for the full return process.
Store Credit, Not Cash Refunds
All approved returns are issued as store credit, not a cash refund. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our site and does not expire.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@coleandpryce.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll issue store credit for the affected item. We're sorry in advance if this happens — we'll make it right as quickly as we can.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are eligible for return under the same terms as full-price items, following our standard 30-day return window and condition requirements.
When You'll Receive Your Store Credit
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll issue your store credit within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation with your store credit code once it's ready to use.
Late or Missing Store Credit
If it's been more than 5 business days since we confirmed receipt of your return and you haven't received your store credit, please check your email's spam folder first, then contact us at contact@coleandpryce.com and we'll look into it right away.
