Return/Exchange

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, following the guidelines below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • For swimwear: the hygienic liner must be intact and not removed. Swimwear returned without the hygienic liner in place cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue store credit for items lost in transit back to us.

What You'll Receive

Approved returns are issued as store credit, which you can use toward any future purchase. We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit is issued once we've received and inspected your returned item, and typically arrives within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day window and condition requirements listed above.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@coleandpryce.com with your order number and the reason for your return
  2. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide you with the return address
  3. Pack your item securely with all original tags attached
  4. Ship your item back at your own cost, using a trackable method
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll issue your store credit

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Swimwear without the hygienic liner attached
