SHIPPING POLICY
We want your Cole & Pryce order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about processing, shipping, and delivery.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. We hope to expand to more countries in the future — stay tuned!
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 6-10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery location. Orders over $75 CAD qualify for free shipping automatically — the discount will be applied before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging in.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If it still hasn't arrived or shows no movement, contact us at contact@coleandpryce.com with your order number, and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@coleandpryce.com and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.
